Arctic's Office Hours 
Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time. 


We provide 24 hour service, 7 days a week, and our trucks are radio dispatched to expedite your service needs.  Service rates are $75.00/hr., portal to portal, during regular business hours and $112.50/hr. after hours, weekends and holidays. 

Our service area covers all of southern California and into Tijuana, Mexico.  We also fly out of our service area for special problem solving and trouble shooting of plant refrigeration equipment. 


 Arctic's Service Information 
  • Specializing  in trouble shooting and service of reciprocating, Scroll process chiller refrigeration systems up to 300 tons

  • Primarily plastics, printing, medical & HVAC applications. Service evaporative cooling tower systems. 

  • Design of chiller and pump tank chilled water systems.  

  • Service refrigerated air dryers. 

  • Consulting  local & long haul for chilled water system, service and design. 

  • Commercial and Industrial HVACR systems. 

  • Provide universal refrigeration licenses and recovery equipment per Federal laws and regulations. 

  • Preventative maintenance programs to reduce or eliminate down time productions problems. 

  • 24 hour emergency service.
